Working knowledge of basic information technology It would be great if you also have Previous experience in health care assistant role and/or in primary care Experience of working in the domiciliary / outpatient setting / with paediatrics or patients with mental health conditions / learning disabilities Experience of supportive role in nutrition and diet advice to patients or clients Ability to work as a member of a team and understanding of limitations of own role within it Flexible to suit needs of the service Contract type Fixed Term or Secondment until March 2025 Part Time 12hours Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
