About The Team The New Client Enquiries team sits within the Medical Negligence department and is responsible for triaging new enquiries from potential claimants. About The Role An exciting opportunity to join our Medical Negligence Triage Team within the Medical Negligence Department. This is a busy and varied role dealing with all aspects of the new enquires process and working closely with Fee Earners to achieve the best outcomes for clients from their first contact with Leigh Day. You should have strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise your workload and the ability to work within a team environment with a strong commitment to client care. Previous experience in a medically orientated environment is an advantage but not essential, as is the ability to deal with complex, sensitive issues in a compassionate and empathetic way.
