Performance Standards Compliance: Work with Divisional teams to meet quality targets and comply with contractual obligations and performance standards. Enhanced Clinical Support: Assist in clinical emergencies and carry out enhanced roles to support prompt and safe patient care. Team Management: Supervise and line manage Flow Coordinators, Transport Coordinators, and Virtual Ward Healthcare Support Workers. Infection Control: Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention and control, particularly in the absence of Heads of Nursing.
