Role Responsibilities Ownership of the meet and greet service, maintaining the incredible impression of the business. We are on the search for a self-starter who has a natural flair for interacting with people.Your responsibilities will include: Deliver an exceptional meet and greet service for clients and their guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Uphold and maintain the brand's high standards in all interactions and tasks. Consistently embody and maintain reception standards to reflect the company's image. Ensure the reception area, lounge and guest restroom are impeccably maintained at all times. Foster strong connections with clients, creating meaningful and beneficial relationships. Take ownership of managing meeting room bookings, including scheduling, diary management and ensuring timely room turnovers. Handle all client requests via email, phone and in-person promptly and professionally. Coordinate courier services, manage package deliveries and inform clients of received packages. Prioritise and address the needs of our clients to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.
