Part and full time positions considered, there will be a requirement to work a range of shifts including early and late shifts, with some elements of weekend working as well. We require a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as the Housekeeper within the Surgical Daycase Unit within the EMPCC. This role includes the undertaking of daily organisation, maintaining stock levels, providing meals to the patients and cleanliness of the environment. You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team who will be happy to assist you as settle within the team. Regular feedback and one-to-one will be provided by your manager to ensure that you stay happy in your job. Duties include stocking up, maintenance of equipment, also including general housekeeping of the unit. It is essential that you are able to work in an orderly and systematic manner, possess good literacy, IT, numeracy, communication and organisational skills. You should have a caring attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively under direction as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments. Experience Of Working With The General Public Is Essential.
