What you will get: £12.11 per hour (7am-11pm) and £15.05 per hour (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements of £15.58 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Please note that the weekend rate is guaranteed but it is not contractual, it is just an incentive for working unsociable hours. 33 days annual leave , increasing with service up to 36 days per year , including bank holidays. You will be fully trained on the NHS pathways system to assess patients over the phone and direct them to the most appropriate care. Although these are not emergency calls, youll also need to be prepared to deal with emotional, distressing or life-threatening scenarios and to arrange for 999 services if required. You will receive full support from your team and managers.
