In order to do this, we work with the network around the child/adult (e.g. RISE, Adult Mental Health, Social Care, Education) and work closely with commissioners. As a speech and language therapist you will have experience of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working as you will need to attend and chair regular MDTs, CETRs and EMDTs. As a Speech and Language Therapist you would visit child in their home / at school / in appropriate setting multiple times a week to engage them and carry out our assessments and interventions.
