The role will be to ensure relevant staff are fully trained and supported in use of the modules, ensuring that correct data entry leads to accurate statistical reports, and that the Trust is able to utilise the system to its fullest. The post holder will help to provide effective management of the Datix modules, and the information contained within. They will collaborate with Care Groups and ensure that essential data is delivered accurately and in a timely way to enable staff to make informed decisions. The post holder will be expected to take responsibility for aspects of the day to day administration and management of the Datix modules, under the direction of the Datix Manager and module Leads. Act as a product knowledge expert for Datix and be a contact in all related queries/issues associated with the different module. Design custom reports to meet the requirements of the senior management team and Care Groups. Provide training and user guides to assist staff in the use of Datix.
