The Job The Applicant Will Be Doing A health care support worker is required. Experience is essential and community experience is desirable. To assist the community nursing, community alarms and care at home service to provide effective and holistic nursing care to service users within Inverclyde HSCP. To work collaboratively in both a planned and responsive manner to ensure nursing skill and expertise is afforded to residents of Inverclyde HSCP. To provide a community nursing service to the housebound population of Inverclyde in conjunction and collaboration with HSCP colleagues from community alarms, care at home and wider multi-disciplinary team. Rotation within Inverclyde locality is anticipated as service demands change. Skills / Qualifications Community experience would be advantageous but not essential.
