Main duties of the job We are looking for someone who is passionate about working collaboratively with partners and leading services that support people with mental health challenges achieve fulfilling lives beyond services. Youll have good knowledge of the support needs of people with long-term and enduring mental health challenges and experience in managing teams. Youll be an excellent communicator, be great at building trusting relationships at all levels of the system and be keen to contribute to the development of the wider team and a proven track record of delivering quality services. Job description Job responsibilities Ensure that services and projects run effectively on a day-to-day basis meeting targets as agreed with SFT, Somerset County Council and the Senior Operations Manager.Collaborate with other Open Mental Health managers to maximise achievement of operational objectives, ensure warm-transfer to appropriate Open Mental Health and other VCSE services, and promote effective communication and teamwork.With input from the Mind and Rethink managers, develop Standard Operating Procedures and provide internal and external reports to the Service Management Team and other key stakeholders.Recruit, manage and lead a team, creating a supportive culture.
