The Healthcare assistant role is a varied one, the successful candidate will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting with specialist clinical interventions to people who use our services. About the role Working closely with your Nursing team to develop pathways to care Support service users in opiate and alcohol interventions. You will support on harm reduction interventions along with physical and mental health assessments.
