Manage field service requirements, work scopes, method statements, equipment, and quotations as office support. Responsible for NCR recording, investigation and resolution including preventative action. Controlling the flow of jobs through the workshop including, scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity. Responsible for the Service Centre achieving budge and providing monthly forecast figures to the Operations Manager. Seek to identify, implement & monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the service centre Service Centre Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Good engineering background with experience of Services & repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, Compressors & Rotating Equipment. Experience of using SAP would be of benefit. Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required time schedules. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
