who provide high-quality equipment for a wide range of application and industry sectors. This position will be responsible for the
operation of the Service Centre
along with the management and control of
operational activities
including the
flow of work, P&L and company KPI’s.

Job Description


  • Responsible for the day to day running of the Service Centre.
  • Responsible for all workshop activities/employees and approving and inputting of hours into SAP where required.
  • Manage field service requirements, work scopes, method statements, equipment, and quotations as office support.
  • Responsible for NCR recording, investigation and resolution including preventative action.
  • Controlling the flow of jobs through the workshop including, scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity.
  • Responsible for the Service Centre achieving budge and providing monthly forecast figures to the Operations Manager.
  • Seek to identify, implement & monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the service centre

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications


  • Good engineering background with experience of Services & repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, Compressors & Rotating Equipment.
  • Experience of using SAP would be of benefit.
  • Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required time schedules.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
