Ensure rotas comply with relevant policies, regulations, and contractual obligations. Act as a point of contact between staff and management for rota-related queries and issues. Inform staff of their shifts, any changes to the rota, and other relevant updates. Maintain accurate records of shifts, absences, and other relevant data. Generate reports on staffing levels, shift patterns, and other metrics as required by management. Identify and address gaps in coverage, arranging for locum or temporary staff if necessary.
