The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to the Chief Officer and other executive directors as required. The post holder will manage the Chief Officer's appointments, scheduling of meetings, and organisation of events. Responsibilities include handling correspondence (email and written), drafting responses, diary management and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The post holder will prepare meeting documentation, take minutes, and monitor the progress of action items. They will prioritise a varied workload, coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure efficient communication within the office and across relevant teams. Additionally, the role involves supporting People and HR-related tasks as required. A proactive approach and effective organisational skills are essential for delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy executive office.
