They will deliver and evaluate a high quality, evidence based and effective staff psychological support service to support NLMHP. They will support Psychological Professions Workforce Development in workforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. They will work in conjunction with the Head of Education and Training and the Head of Workforce Wellbeing to develop the service, in line with strategic milestones agreed within the Health and Wellbeing strategy and will support the systematic provision of a high-quality specialist psychological support service to staff. The Role Will Include scoping and mapping the needs of staff providing interventions – individual assessment and treatment as well as group workshops supervising and supporting the trauma support interventions provided by other staff (including psychologists) across the Partnership. working autonomously within professional guidelines, utilising research skills for audit, policy and service development, and research. proposing and implementing policy changes within staff support and wellbeing Designing and delivering interventions to scope and improve workforce equality, diversity, and inclusion The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.
