Support healthcare professionals during patient examinations. tests and procedures. Manage concerns raised by patients, visitors and staff in a proactive, timely fashion and take remedial actions as necessary Support effective stock management , ordering and ensuring clinical supplies in place for services Understand products and services to support patients , making appointments and understanding clinic management. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Develop effective communication with consultants and clinic service providers.
