We also support the Outpatient Antibiotic Therapy Team as required. We are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. As a health care support worker, you will be responsible for the provision of person centred care within a supportive environment. You will be expected to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a fantastic multidisciplinary team. We aim to deliver high quality care always showing respect, compassion and empathy and would be looking for these characteristics from applicants. This is a 30 hour post and is rotational, covering days and nights. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly as required to meet service needs. 12 hour shifts or 6 hour shifts would be considered for the right applicant. This post may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas therefore a current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post.
