Mental Health Facilitator service provides Annual Mental Health and Physical Health review to individuals with Severe Mental Illnesses across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.We have 2 permanent positions available within Leicestershire (county area) , working 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday. The principle role of the Senior Healthcare Assistant is to assist the healthcare team in the provision and delivery of programmes of patient care under the indirect supervision of registered practitioners.
