An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly primary care Mental Health Facilitator team as health care support worker.
Mental Health Facilitator service provides Annual Mental Health and Physical Health review to individuals with Severe Mental Illnesses across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.We have 2 permanent positions available within Leicestershire (county area) , working 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The principle role of the Senior Healthcare Assistant is to assist the healthcare team in the provision and delivery of programmes of patient care under the indirect supervision of registered practitioners.
The health and wellbeing of our team members is very important to us and we offer a robust induction period, as well as regular supervision and support. You will have opportunities to progress your career with a structured learning journey that will enable you to achieve your long-term goals and work to your strengths.
The successful candidate will bewill need to be a good team player, with excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your work effectively. Must have phlebotomy training or willing to complete the training upon appointment.
