Candidates must be available to work on Fridays. The overall purpose of the role is to support the management team through the provision of effective and efficient administration, secretarial and reception services. What you'll do To ensure the prompt collection of fees payable by the service users as directed by the Housing with Care Services Manager. To check employee's timesheets and investigate any discrepancies for payroll. To prepare information, statistical and other financial returns as necessary. To maintain the petty cash accounts and process all invoices for payment through the purchase order system. To maintain appropriate care and support records, as well as employee records, adhering to the requirements of the Data Protection Act and all other appropriate policies and procedures. To produce letters, reports and other documents; maintain diary and other communication systems. To provide accurate answers to general queries and to assist visitors. About you A friendly, committed, flexible team player, with excellent customer focus and communication skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive contribution from day one. Sound knowledge of all Windows based packages (Word and Excel) and basic accounting systems. Full UK drivers licence, use of a car and willingness to attend training and travel between Schemes when required.
