Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Trauma Informed Practice training sessions to diverse audiences in local communities. Facilitate discussions and address questions related to trauma with confidence and empathy. Collaborate with co-trainers to ensure effective delivery of training modules. Support the development and promotion of a Trauma Informed Network in Croydon. Training and Support: Receive comprehensive training from a nationally renowned specialist trauma informed practice organisation. Shadow courses during autumn and winter 2024 to gain practical experience. Join the Croydon Trauma Informed Network to contribute to the development of a more supportive trauma informed culture and sharing learnings of communities. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to foster positive and inclusive learning environments. Adaptability to accommodate the diverse experiences and needs of participants. Proficiency in using online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and in-person training methods. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Remuneration: Hourly rate of £19.95 (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay).Trainers are paid for 8 hours per course delivery (with 6.5 to 7 hours of actual training time), working in pairs.
