Conduct risk assessments and contribute to a psychologically-based framework of care across all settings. Requirements Degree in Psychology or a related field; registration with an appropriate professional body. Minimum of three years' experience working with children, young people, and families. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in multi-agency collaboration. Knowledge of Care Planning and the Staying Close model is desirable.
