The Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, as well as mentoring, training, and developing more junior therapists. All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice. Duties To produce the therapist rota to support the demands of the business. Responsible for ensuring that the spa therapists are aware of all changes to their schedule Order treatment room stock and keep accurate room inventories. Training new starters & existing Therapists in Treatment procedures & products To carry out beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to. Own the development of the spa treatment menus, marketing, and promotional activities. To give professional advice to guests and promote available To promote products, along with a full home care To stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception area. To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Front of House Manager on the day's scheduled treatments, any changes, or additions to meet the ever-changing needs of our guests. What We Are Looking For An attentive people person who will be able to lead the team of Spa Therapists to achieve the departmental objectives. A hands-on leader who will participate in carrying out treatments throughout the week. An individual who has a high level of knowledge specific to your area of expertise and uses this skill and knowledge to coach others to thrive. A minimum of three years experience in a spa or beauty therapy job. A minimum of one year’s experience supervising a small team. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is required.
