Main duties of the job Main duties of the job Undertake observations of the patients' condition using adult/ paediatric/maternity observations/ national early warning scores and then ensure that the results are reported to the clinician for action e.g: Temperature Pulse Blood Pressure Oxygen Saturations (Pulse Oximetry) Blood Glucose Levels Respirations Pain assessment Reports any abnormalities to a clinician and recognise and responds appropriately in emergency situations.
