Responsibilities And Duties Represents One Heart Clinic by being our front of house representative.Announcing scheduled patients and visitors; screening unscheduled patients and visitors; arranging referrals to other health care providers; scheduling appointments for consultations, x-rays, lab tests, MRI's, CT scans, etc Working closely alongside our cardiologists,supporting their outpatient clinics. Ensures all patient record keeping is clear and up to date. Ensures clinician productivity by maintaining calendars; scheduling patient appointments; consultations; professional meetings, conferences, and teleconferences Ensures all billing information is correctly gathered and invoicing is done in a timely manner Maintains the highest level of confidentiality for all One Heart Clinic Patients. Ensures that all tasks are kept up to date with clear notes about communications to patients and all other record keeping. When requested and on occasion generates revenues by completing direct patient and third-party billing; monitoring accounts receivables; initiating collection calls and reminders.
