We are looking for an approachable, motivated and enthusiastic team member who understands the importance of providing a consistent, precise and dependable service in a fast-paced environment to join our dynamic Talent for Care team. Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting our apprentices who are undertaking the Medical Doctor Degree Apprenticeship. Playing an imperative role as a relationship manager between ESNEFT and Anglia Ruskin University, confidence in liaising with stakeholders and facilitating large-scale events is essential. This role works to strict deadlines and will link with the Next-Medic Facilitator requiring travel within the East of England. You will be a source of expertise for the MDDA programme, working closely with the Talent for Care Leads. Please note a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential in order to apply.
