Are you an experienced facilitator with a passion for people and detail? Do you aspire to be part of a progressive team and contribute to delivering an outstanding service to our newest Medical Doctor Degree Apprentices?

We are looking for an approachable, motivated and enthusiastic team member who understands the importance of providing a consistent, precise and dependable service in a fast-paced environment to join our dynamic Talent for Care team.

Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting our apprentices who are undertaking the Medical Doctor Degree Apprenticeship. Playing an imperative role as a relationship manager between ESNEFT and Anglia Ruskin University, confidence in liaising with stakeholders and facilitating large-scale events is essential.

This role works to strict deadlines and will link with the Next-Medic Facilitator requiring travel within the East of England.

You will be a source of expertise for the MDDA programme, working closely with the Talent for Care Leads. Please note a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential in order to apply.

• To work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure the service delivery standards (KPIs) are achieved
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Department, the Trust and externally to ensure that service delivery plans are met
• Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand, championing the Trust's values and leading the progression of the Talent for Care Get in, Get on and Go further Agenda
