We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to join our Medicines Homecare Team as a Homecare Administrator. You should have a SCQF Level 7 e.g. SVQ level 3 or evidence of equivalent knowledge and skills. What will I do? Manage the generic medicines homecare team email account Support wider team with homecare prescription compliance checks and generating purchase orders Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining medicines homecare electronic files Collation of workload statistics What skills do I need? Attention to detail Motivation and enthusiasm Organisation skills Basic computing skills Checking Microsoft outlook emails Able to work under pressure Able to manage time effectively Able to work flexibly Why should I apply? Where will I be based? This post will be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE). Homecare pharmacy/pharmacy experience is not essential as full training will be given.
