Clinical Nurse Specialists (Community Hospice Team) Full & Part Time positions available Hospice Band 6, £41,965 per annum (pro rata) + Pension + Benefits Rising to £46,100 (pro rata) + Pension + Benefits (following 6-12 months satisfactory performance per annum) In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with GPs, district nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, complementary therapists, and the wider community to support individuals in living well with their palliative illness.
