Over the years it has grown and evolved into an exemplary provider of specialist palliative care for thousands of people with life-limiting illnesses in Edinburgh and the Lothians annually, while also providing support to their relatives and loved ones.

Clinical Nurse Specialists (Community Hospice Team)

Full & Part Time positions available

Hospice Band 6, £41,965 per annum (pro rata) + Pension + Benefits

Rising to £46,100 (pro rata) + Pension + Benefits (following 6-12 months satisfactory performance per annum)

In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with GPs, district nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, complementary therapists, and the wider community to support individuals in living well with their palliative illness.

Our service is dedicated to addressing symptoms and empowering people to live life their way, for as long as possible, wherever they choose to be.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional hospice care to patients and their families.

We want to hear from confident, compassionate nurses with palliative care experience, who are eager to join a dynamic and supportive team. If you are committed to delivering excellent person-centred holistic care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with palliative care needs, we encourage you to apply.

Our Team works Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Full and part time hours are available.

Weekend working and Public Holidays on a rota 8-4pm
