Demonstrating strong operational knowledge and working in various departments as necessary Taking overall responsibility for the hotel and its employees during shifts Actively engaging with guests and inspiring the team to provide exceptional hospitality Assisting the Reception Manager by covering night holidays and breaks in both the F&B and Reception departments Managing the opening and closing of the bar/restaurant during shifts Preparing food for late-night room service orders Assisting with events and supporting the Food and Beverage manager, even during late hours Coaching and training new employees to ensure their confidence in their roles Utilizing excellent problem-solving skills to address conflicts or complaints effectively Setting up meeting rooms according to daily requirements and running meetings during shifts Being self-motivated and bringing innovative ideas to the business as a potential future leader. Taking charge of company-wide initiatives like Guest care training, charity campaigns, green tourism and many more.
