There are two posts available 37.5 hours Ward B4 accommodates 16 female patients who will be age of 65 and above. You will be part of a friendly, supportive , and professional team comprising of consultants, Nurses, Occupational therapists, Physiotherapist, co-ordinators, advanced clinical practitioners, social services and community services to offer the best care for our patients in this acute setting. The post holder is required to undertake training to enable them to carry out a wide range of tasks in support of clinical professionals, including activities directly related to patient care. The team is dedicated to maintaining high standards promoting the Trusts values and standards.
