You will be an experienced, visible and compassionate leader, supporting operational, administrative and clinical teams to deliver high quality care. You will have an interest in service improvement and will be a responsive and autonomous colleague, You will ensure delivery of the portfolio of services and activities within a clinically and financially sustainable model. Specifically the post holder will work with clinical and managerial colleagues, ensuring that operational performance and access targets are met, and take the lead in developing effective systems within the department(s) to enable the sustained delivery of key operational targets. The post holder will support the implementation of service redesign, taking the lead for specific elements of wider transformation across the services. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the service administration and clerical functions within the services.
