Key Responsibilities Include To act as an assistant key worker to named children, carrying out observations and adding to developmental reports for each child and liaising with parents regularly. Working in partnership with the team to assist and with the parents so always acting as a positive and professional role model with colleagues and with the children. This post is fixed term for 6 months to meet the needs of the service. To Be Considered For The Role You Will Be You will need to have a minimum Childcare Day Care Level 2 qualification and experience of a Nursery Assistant role in a busy nursery environment covering the age range 3 months - 5 years, together with excellent knowledge of the child development and current practices. This role will involve working varying shifts between the hours of Monday and Friday from 7.00am 6:00pm so flexibility is required. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
