An opportunity has arisen in the Health Records and Outpatient Reception Department for an Apprentice. The post has a comprehensive training programme involving rotating between Health Records and the Outpatient Reception Departments allowing the successful candidate to get excellent training in a variety of administration positions. What this Opportunity means: The apprenticeship is a work-based training programme where you will be able to develop your skills in subjects such as English and Maths. The successful applicant will also gain an NVQ in Customer Service which is a nationally recognised qualification. The successful post holder will provide support to an efficient and confidential Clerical Team with duties including digitalizing records, preparing casenotes and working in the Reception areas within the hospital. A portion of the post holder's day will include walking to and from different departments within the hospital for such tasks as to obtain and deliver case notes and clinic trolleys etc. "}
