Handle complaints, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring service standards are met. Required Qualifications & Experience SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management. Minimum 3 years of senior operational experience in Adult Domiciliary Care. Proven track record in managing and growing domiciliary care services. Experience in contract negotiations and financial performance management. Additional Requirements PVG Membership, SSSC registration. Flexibility to work out-of-hours and participate in on-call duties.
