RECRUITMENTiQ is currently working in partnership with an independent Care company, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Services Manager to oversee the management and development of high-quality Domiciliary Care Services for the elderly and vulnerable individuals. The role involves managing branch operations, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage business/branch operations across a defined geography, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including public sector bodies.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain dignity in care.
  • Provide management information and oversee care scheduling to meet service users needs.
  • Handle complaints, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring service standards are met.


Required Qualifications & Experience


  • SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of senior operational experience in Adult Domiciliary Care.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing domiciliary care services.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and financial performance management.


Additional Requirements


  • PVG Membership, SSSC registration.
  • Flexibility to work out-of-hours and participate in on-call duties.
  • Travelling will be required with this position
  • Out of Hours working will be required with this position, in line with business requirements
