To manage the day-to-day running of a large, complex Health Centre & outlying clinic(s). To build productive working relationships internally and externally a network of support to achieve organisational objectives. What we'll need you to bring HNC or equivalent management experience Excellent communication skills Good IT skills Excellent time management skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to liaise with different personalities Ability to work autonomously Experience in managing buildings and staff Must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence It would be great if you also have Experience working within the NHS Experience liaising with Council departments and other statutory organisations Minute taking experience Knowledge of NHS systems and structures Knowledge of Housing, Social work and Education services and structures Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times Minute taking skills Ability to organise and facilitate meetings and other events High level of personal initiative Contract type Permanent Part Time 28 hours Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
