The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Health Centre Administrator to join our team at East Kilbride Locality. To manage the day-to-day running of a large, complex Health Centre & outlying clinic(s). To build productive working relationships internally and externally a network of support to achieve organisational objectives.
To provide and manage a comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical/non clinical colleagues.

What we'll need you to bring
- HNC or equivalent management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to liaise with different personalities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in managing buildings and staff
- Must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence
It would be great if you also have
- Experience working within the NHS
- Experience liaising with Council departments and other statutory organisations
- Minute taking experience
- Knowledge of NHS systems and structures
- Knowledge of Housing, Social work and Education services and structures
- Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times
- Minute taking skills
- Ability to organise and facilitate meetings and other events
- High level of personal initiative

This role will be based in Administration within East Kilbride Locality
