Job overviewAre you an experienced and enthusiastic speech and language therapist looking to join our innovative service supporting adults in the community.What do we aim for?o effective personal communication for peopleo safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and dignified eating & drinkingYou will provide specialist speech and language therapy to people with a range of complex medical conditions /social needs and associatedproblems, completing visits in patient's homes and outpatient clinics.You will receive one to one clinical support, professional development, and regular supervision. Giving you the opportunity to further develop yourskills in a variety of clinical areas such as our weekly Videofluoroscopy clinic, dysphagia management, with access to internal and externalcourses and much more.You will be working alongside wider multi-disciplinary teams within community services which is made up of physiotherapy, community nursing,occupational therapy, and social workers.You will work with colleagues in the wider LCO and acute across the trust.
