Key Responsibilities To support the Matron of Pastoral Care to lead international and domestic recruitment campaigns in line with the Trusts recruitment and resourcing strategy. Acting as an expert on international and domestic recruitment and best practice. To lead on pastoral care and support required for all staff across the trust. To work with the Care Groups to support the integration of the new recruits into their clinical teams, helping them to develop confidence and good working relationships with opportunities to discuss any concerns. To provide clinical leadership to ensure agency reduction delivers person-centred, safe and effective care and develops the leadership capability of others. To maintain a highly visible presence across the range of responsibilities relevant to the role. To lead on inclusive recruitment attraction strategies and plans enhancing recruitment of diverse teams and values-based recruitment as part of the Trusts People Strategy. The post holder will work closely with HR and OD colleagues on workforce development leading on projects to develop new roles and innovative ways of working to support the recruitment and retention of staff.
