The post holder would have to be in regular contact with staff across service. The post holder will be supervisor for admin staff with team. They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident and caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
