Outpatient Clinic Coordinator


An Opportunity Has Arisen To Join The Outpatient Department At Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We Have a Band 4 Coordinator Posts As Follows

37.00 hours per week Mon-Thurs & Fri

The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as a team player, be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. The post holder would have to be in regular contact with staff across service. The post holder will be supervisor for admin staff with team.

They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident and caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.

They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
