Main duties of the job The IV Service cares for patients in both clinic settings and their own homes throughout the West Sussex area. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care within a community setting, working towards patient rehabilitation, self-management, and independence. This role involves managing the day-to-day clinical needs of an identified caseload, undertaking initial assessments, and ongoing management of IV therapy. IT literate or willing to achieve competency Desirable Experience / Proficiency with cannulation or willingness to learn.
