Regularly undertake audits of clinical activity and standards and develop plans of action to address any improvements required.13. Participate in the on-site Duty Nurse Manager rota; providing out of hours (which will include night working) senior managerial / clinical advice, guidance and support on site. To be the first point of contact for fire, medical and psychiatric emergencies and co-ordinate Section 136 assessments as required.14. The post holder will be required to work within the NMC Code of Practice and professional guidelines.15. Maintain an up-to-date level of professional competence within the specific environment.16. Attend meetings, multi-disciplinary ward reviews and case conferences as necessary and present information relating to patients or the service as necessary.
