We are looking for a suitably qualified professional with high clinical standards to undertake on the day appointments/same day triage for patients registered across the PCN network. You will need to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team and be able to demonstrate safe, critical thinking in clinical decision making and offer expert care to our patients. The role will be based at Ragsdale House, Woodville but also may be required to work from our member Practices should the need arise. All of our Practices are located in the small geographic area of Swadlincote.
