13. Deliver evidence based clinical practice by utilising applied knowledge of clinical audit, critical appraisal of research, research methodology, ethical review and research governance.
14. Make appropriate use of local and national guidance documents.
15. Review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance to evidence-based practice and national and Practice protocols, and within scope of practice.

We are looking for a suitably qualified professional with high clinical standards to undertake on the day appointments/same day triage for patients registered across the PCN network.
