CONTRACT DURATION: Fixed Term – 1 Year As a Medical Secretary you will provide support to Community Paediatricians and Nursing Staff. Community Paediatrics covers a range of specialist services such as Neurodiversity, Child Protection, Children with Complex Care Needs, Looked After Children, and Adoptions and Fostering. Duties include answering of phones and dealing with patient issues and enquiries, typing of letters and reports, preparing and arranging clinics, G2 audio typing, note taking, setting up meetings and other general office duties. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
