Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more. Ensure clients receive excellent quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard. Carry out all treatments to the highest standard. Always be polite and courteous to guests. Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Achieve sales and treatment targets. Ensure therapy rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy. Abide by all Health & Safety Guidelines. Provide clients with personalised experiences, including post-treatment advice and product recommendations. Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques.
